TunnelBear may periodically change the terms of the agreement without notice. If you continue to use TunnelBear, than you accept the modified terms of this agreement.

PRIVACY POLICY
As a provider of an online service, we require users to provide contact information, such as their first name, last name and e-mail address, as well as other necessary data, to setup and maintain their services with TunnelBear. We occasionally use customer contact information to send customers information about our company and its products and services. Under no condition will TunnelBear resell or provide your information to a third party unless we are required to do so in order to comply with legal processes.
In addition to the information you provide through account creation, we may store the following pieces of data: IP address, times when connected to our service, and the total amount of data transferred per month. This information is required for TunnelBear to provide our service to you. We keep this information secure and private. We do not store any form of payment information on our servers. Payment information is stored and processed exclusively with PayPal.

LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
TunnelBear grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, solely for your own personal purposes subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by TunnelBear.
You shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service in any way. You shall not build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Service.
You may use the service only for personal purposes and shall not: send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libellous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violate third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
